Which festivals can we find you at? Super excited to be playing This That Festival in November alongside some really incredible acts!

Sum up in five words your typical festival season experience. Loud, sweaty, sunburn, breathtaking, memorable.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve seen at a festival? I once saw someone rocking out holding a poster of SpongeBob in the audience, which is the slightest bit weird but also, I’m totally up for that, who doesn’t love SpongeBob?

Name your top five essentials you can’t live without while on the festival circuit? Water, beer, sunglasses, a touch of glitter and some badass boots to get you through whatever the weather provides.

What’s been your favourite backstage moment during a festival? Getting to meet and have a good ol' conversation with Tom [McFarland] from Jungle, then walking out to watch Jungle perform and actually realising who I was just casually chatting to.

What are your festivalgoer pet peeves, the things you wish people wouldn’t do at a fest? No one likes the kind of person who pushes and shoves in the mosh, I don’t mind you walking in front of me and trying to get to the front, but if you’re gonna quite literally push and pull everyone around you, that ain’t cool.

Three songs that are on your festival pump up playlist? Landmine by I Know Leopard, Peach by Broods, You Should See Me In A Crown by Billie Eilish, Molotov by Kira Puru and Patricia by Florence & The Machine because every single one of these songs is killer and would make a huge, memorable festival vibe.

Aussie weather can be a hectic force come festival season. So, if you had to choose: mud pit or dust bowl? Dust bowl for sure. I live in Melbourne so if there’s anything I can’t stand it’s the wet, cold weather 110%. Plus, if it’s hot weather you don’t need to pack your whole winter wardrobe along with your whole summer wardrobe too. You know what you’re getting yourself into.

Which acts are you most excited to catch during your festival season? Boo Seeka are one of my favourite acts to see perform live at a festival, they have a really unique vibe. I also can’t wait to see Broods, The Rubens and SAFIA.
