This year’s annual One Of One breakfast events are rapidly approaching, and today, organisers have announced the list of music industry figures who will host keynote presentations at each event.

With the dates and venues already announced and Tina Arena locked in as the keynote speaker at the Melbourne event, the 2025 One Of One itinerary was just beginning.

In Perth, artist manager and promoter Kelsie Miller will deliver a keynote address on Friday, 7 March, at The Rechabite (the day before this year’s International Women’s Day).

Miller’s independent management company, Across The Road Music, has guided the career of indie rockers Great Gable since 2018. Meanwhile, Miller has promoted over 250 gigs in Western Australia since 2015.

Ali Tomoana, the Managing Director of the independent record label, artist management, and booking agency Soul Has No Tempo, will deliver a keynote address on Wednesday, 12 March, at The Triffid in Brisbane. Tomoana currently manages the careers of Miss Kaninna, Tiana Khasi, Ladi6, and others and has cultivated new Australian talent for over a decade.

On Tuesday, 20 March, when One Of One heads to Darwin, Dr. Shellie Morris AO will present a keynote speech at the Botanic Garden Centre. Morris is a prolific artist who has created music in 17 Aboriginal languages and works tirelessly to improve the lives of Indigenous Australians, particularly in the Northern Territory.

Sydney will welcome “the godmother of Australian music,” Fifa Riccobono, on Thursday, 20 March, at the Factory Theatre. Riccobono was the first woman to be CEO of a major music label and company in Australia. Her impact as the head of Albert Music was undeniable, and her position was crucial in developing legendary bands such as AC/DC and Rose Tattoo.

Last but not least, Mardi Caught will deliver a keynote address on the final One Of One date on Friday, 28 March, at Adelaide’s The Gov. Caught founded The Annex in 2018 and has brought decades of global and domestic industry experience to her current role. She previously held senior executive roles at Warner, EMI and Sony in Australia and the UK.

Tickets to each event are available now – you can find more ticketing information below. You can also sign up to the One Of One newsletter here.

Here’s what each keynote speaker had to say about their addresses:

Tina Arena: Looking forward to being in a room full of like-minded people at the One Of One 10th anniversary celebration. Time to question everything and make the changes to suit us.

Kelsie Miller: I am absolutely honoured to be invited to speak at Perth's first ONE OF ONE Breakfast. ONE OF ONE is such a special organisation doing great work for women & GNC people in music, and I am thrilled that our incredible West Coast crew get to experience these beautiful annual gatherings for the first time this year.

Fifa Riccobono: When One of One asked me to be their keynote speaker in Sydney, 10 years after my original One of One interview, I thought it would be a good time to share my story and reflect on the many experiences and opportunities the music industry has afforded me over the past 5 decades!

Ali Tomoana: I'm honoured to be invited to speak at such a special milestone event for our music community. Whilst marginalised women and gender non-conforming folk endure constant change, violence and uncertainty, it is vital these communities continue to be supported, protected and celebrated.

The One of One team have worked tirelessly over 10 years to ensure this exists. I look forward to sharing my own experience as an Indigenous woman and mother in music and will be drawing from the stories of our Matriarchs; how we can look back in order to move forward.

Shellie Morris: Every woman’s voice holds power, wisdom, and resilience. By elevating the voices that have long been unheard, we honour the strength of our past, empower the present, and inspire the future. Together, we create a world where every woman’s story is sung, shared, and celebrated.

Mardi Caught: These events are so important to Women and the GNC community in Australia as it allows us not only a space to gather and connect, but to be continually motivated by not only the talent onstage, but also in the room. One of One have spent so much time considering the needs of the entire community and always deliver their national programme to be both joyous and inspirational to all who attend.
