Role Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and working closely with management and production teams to ensure clean and smooth communication. You will also focus on maintaining and developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing internal sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Team Management & Strategy
- Lead, train, and manage a dedicated sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and client retention.
- Coordinate sales efforts across new and existing customers, inbound and outbound inquiries.
- Set and monitor sales targets, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.
2) Client Relations & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across agreed industries.
- Handle inbound inquiries and oversee outbound sales initiatives to attract new customers.
- Support existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
3) Operations & Coordination
- Work closely with management to align sales with production capacity and timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date invoicing and client records, ensuring accurate job tracking.
- Interact with external decorators to ensure timely production of all sales jobs.
- Oversee quoting and processing of purchase orders from contract clients.
- Ensure CRM systems are maintained with accurate client and order details.
4) Marketing & Product Development
- Implement and maintain marketing strategies to target key industries and expand market reach.
- Assist in refining standard operating procedures to improve business efficiency.
5) Additional Responsibilities
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Take on miscellaneous tasks as needed to support business operations.

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in screen printing, music industry, merchandise, or a related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a sales team.
