Alex Warren Announces 2025 Australian Tour

American singer-songwriter Alex Warren will make his Australian and New Zealand debut this August.

Heading Down Under on his Cheaper Than Therapy tour, the singer – best known for his smash hits Burning Down and Carry You Home – has kicked off the year with an emotional new track, Ordinary, a love song for his wife, Kouvr.

The tour begins at Auckland’s Powerstation on Tuesday, 19 August, before heading to Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Thursday, 21 August, Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Saturday, 23 August, Melbourne’s Forum on Monday, 25 August, and wraps up at Perth’s Astor Theatre on Thursday, 28 August. All gigs are all-ages events.

Frontier members can access pre-sale tickets from Tuesday, 11 March, at 12 pm local time until Friday, 14 March, at 9 am local time. The general sale opens on Friday, 14 March, at 10 am local time via the Frontier Touring website.

Warren said of his upcoming debut in Australia and New Zealand, “I've never been to New Zealand or Australia, so I'm stoked to finally come over there and play some shows. Also really interested to try vegemite, that stuff looks wild.”

Last year, Warren released his critically acclaimed debut album, You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1). Prior to finding fame, Warren was homeless and sleeping in friends’ cars. The singer has shared details of his life with his dedicated online following for over a decade, leading to nearly a billion plays on streaming services, 75 million views, and 11.4 million engagements on TikTok sounds.

Warren also embarked on his first-ever headline tour in 2024, selling out shows in Europe and North America that ended at West Hollywood’s iconic Troubadour.
