This year, South Australia’s biggest independent festival, Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival, is celebrating a joyful decade of sips and songs.

Taking place in 2025 over the King’s Birthday long weekend (June 6-June 8), the people responsible for organising this beloved music festival year after year encourage punters and music-lovers to keep the festival going for decades to come.

After having already announced a stacked musical line-up, Beer & BBQ Fest has more excitement to offer.

This year’s brew line-up features icons of the craft beer game like Pirate Life Brewing, Coopers Brewery, Mismatch Brewing Company, and Prancing Pony Brewery, joined by debut brewers like WA’s Deep Elite, VIC’s Muffy Malone, SA’s ill-intentions and Jump Ship Brewing, plus QLD's Range Brewing and Tassie’s Fox Friday.

The Adelaide Beer & BBQ Fest’s Beer Ambassador, Ryan Davidson (co-founder of LittleBang Brewing) states, “The craft beer industry in Australia literally grew up alongside the Beer & BBQ Festival.

“It's the most important beer festival on the calendar in this country, and renowned worldwide for good reason, Adelaide should be so very proud to own it. Whether you’re a crazy hazy fan, a sour super-nerd, or a casual lager-quaffer with a passing interest in good times, I want to celebrate this remarkable festival’s 10 years of beers with you.”

It is also worth noting that Beer & BBQ Festival will again admirably be supporting the brewers hardest hit in the industry by waiving site fees for all independent brewers. This measure directly puts about $60,000 back into the pocket of those brewers who need it most.

But if beer’s not quite your thing, never fear: this year’s Not-Beer line-up includes cocktails by Kombi Crew, fine drops from Somos Wines, and small-batch spirits by 23rd Street Distillery, El Toro Tequila, Heaps Good Spirits, Vino Cellars Distillery and more.

And the food game this year is looking to be supremely mouthwatering. Expect a heady range of delicious dishes from the likes of Baltic Fine Food, Belles Hot Chicken, Blammo, Bread & Bone Wood Grill, Deep Fried Sweet Treats, Fancy Hank's, Jamaican Mi Eat, Just Sticks, Lions Roar BBQ, Ninin's Indo Street Food, NOLA & Friends feat Anchovy Bandit + La Louisiane, O.G SMASH BURGERS, Smokey Uppercuts, Smokin Grillers, Sneaky Pickle, Snob Catering & Toly Vietnamese, and heaps more.

Gareth Lewis, Co-Director of Beer & BBQ Festival and General Admission Entertainment, states, "This festival literally grew up with the brewing industry; it exists because of and for the brewers. Beer &BBQ Festival has given me lifelong friendships with the brewers and the chefs who turn out year on year. We, and they, need your support as much as ever right now, so if you’ve ever been to a Beer & BBQ Fest, we want to see your face again for the 10th birthday party.”

These three wild nights of music will be headed by such icons as Tim Finn, the icon behind Split Enz and Crowded House, punk upstarts The Chats, and hard rock legends Wolfmother.
