More Billie Eilish More Billie Eilish

Billie Eilish has just dropped her hotly anticipated third album, Hit Me Hard And Soft, via Darkroom/Interscope.

The album was notably released without the bad guy singer dropping any singles, allowing listeners to soak up the full album experience. Featuring ten songs, Hit Me Hard And Soft defies genre and fan expectations, with Billie and her brother, Finneas, expanding her musical universe once more.

Labelled as “bold and daring”, the release plan beyond no advance singles is adventurous, with Eilish standing true to her sustainability ideals – the album has been released on vinyl in just two variants in Australia – black and eco-mix blue vinyl – wrapped in recycled packaging.

In addition to the album release, Eilish recently announced her return to Australia, bringing Hit Me Hard And Soft to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne in February and March 2025. You can find all the tour dates below and tickets on the Frontier Touring website.

Eilish announced the album on social media last month: "It's so crazy to be writing this right now. I’m nervy and excited… not doing singles; I wanna give it to you all at once.”

She added, “Finneas and I truly could not be more proud of this album, and we absolutely can’t wait for you to hear it. Love you, love you, love you.”

Over on X (formerly known as Twitter), fans are already reacting (read: “ascending”) to the new Billie album – check out some of the best reactions below.
