Example has announced his imminent return to Australia, heading over for a three-date theatre tour this November.

He’ll kick things off in Eora/Sydney on Friday November 3, taking the stage at Liberty Hall, before heading to Naarm/Melbourne’s 170 Russell a week later (on Friday November 10). Another full week later, on Friday November 17, he’ll wrap up in Meanjin/Brisbane with a show at the Princess Theatre.

The east coast run will mark Example’s third visit Down Under in 2023, following a one-off Sydney show in January, and one in Garramilla/Darwin in April. The shows will offer setlists spanning his entire 20-year catalogue – as well as some new material – with the stint being dubbed his Bangers, Hits, And A Couple New Bits tour.

Tickets for all three shows go on sale at 10am this Thursday (August 31), following a presale that starts at the same time tomorrow (August 30). Head here for info on both sales.

Example’s latest studio album was his eighth, We May Grow Old But We Never Grow Up, which arrived last June via BMG. He’s since released two standalone singles: the Alcemist-assisted Gold back in March of this year, and There It Is (with Ben Nicky) in July.
