The Hard-Ons are hitting the road for a tour in 2022.

The Aus punk staple will be joined by new vocalist, You Am I's Tim Rogers, for his first live shows with the band.

“I’m a fan first and foremost. [They were] the first band I loved that I could see, the first band I got my nose broken to, [and the first band] I lost my hearing to," Rogers said of joining the group earlier this year.

"There are so many firsts. And then to be in the rehearsal room… I looked over at Blackie’s amp and went, ‘Oh, that’s the amp.’ And I saw the SG, and I was like, ‘That’s the SG.’ I’ve been watching him play with those since 1986."

The tour will be in celebration of the band's forthcoming album, I'm Sorry Sir, That Riff's Been Taken, which is due for release on 8 October.

The shows will kick off in Southport Queensland on Thursday 17 March and then head to Brisbane, Eltham, Narrabeen, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, Adelaide, Geelong, St Kilda and Richmond throughout the run.
