J Cole Breaks Apple's 24-hour Streaming Record With Surprise Album

Everyone expected J Cole's new surprise album, KOD, to cause a stir but we think even the US rapper wouldn't have predicted this. 

As Billboard reports, Cole's LP has set a new record for most album streams in 24 hours on Apple Music, racking up an incredible 64.5 million streams.

Cole beat the record, previously held by Drake's Views, by almost a million streams.

KOD also smashed a record 36.7 million streams on Spotify in the US on the day of release.
