A day on the cans.

More Drapht More Drapht

A brand new festival is set to launch in Australia next year through the genius pairing of live music and beer.

A Day On The Cans, taking place at Port Adelaide's new Pirate Life Brewery on Saturday 30 March, will feature sets from Drapht (full live band), The Delta Riggs, Press Club, The Southern River Band, Young Offenders, Madura Green, Wing Defence and Oscar The Wild.

The day will also be hosted by AB Original's Trials.

“Drapht plays an amazing party set that will finish off the day nicely, and we think The Delta Riggs and Press Club are two of the best live bands in the country right now," music director, Aaron Sandow, said.

"If you haven’t seen or heard The Southern River Band hit them up on YouTube, they are like Led Zeppelin trapped in teenagers’ bodies. And it’s pretty cool to have Mr. Trials (one half of the critical and commercial juggernaut A.B. Original) on the decks in between sets in the role of host to keep the party going."
