Returning to the road for the first time by himself in seven years, acoustic blues connoisseur Lloyd Spiegel has announced a series of east coast shows this winter.

With more than eight albums and two decades of experience under his belt, including playing with blues legends like Etta James and Ray Charles, the Victorian muso will dust off his guitar and set off on a 12-date tour from 16 June, taking in everything from Orange and Eumundi to Sydney and Brisbane.

The tour kicks off at The Old Museum in Brisbane on 16 June, before moving on to Joe's Waterhole in Eumundi on 17 June, The Byron Bay Theatre on 18 June, The Heritage Hotel in Bulli on 23 June, The Agrestic Grocer in Orange on 24 June, The Camelot Lounge in Marrickville on 25 June, The Harmonie German Club in Canberra on 26 June, The Piping Hot Chicken Soup in Ocean Grove on 1 July, Baby Black in Bacchus Marsh on 2 July, Hickenbotham Winery in Mornington on 8 July, The Wonderland Spiegeltent in the Harbour Town Docklands on 15 July and finally The Gold Dust Lounge in Bendigo on 29 July.
