Greg Donovan, the Festival Owner, producer, and Managing Director of the Outback Music Festival Group, said of next year’s event: “Some of the biggest voices in Australian music will belt out classic Aussie anthems and hit songs on the Mundi Mundi Plains, it will be another epic and unique experience for our festival goers. Last year, we staged Australia’s biggest ever Outback music event – and we’re hoping we’ll do it all over again in 2025.”

Missy Higgins said, “I had such a special time in 2022 when I last played the Mundi Mundi Bash; it’s really unlike anywhere else playing in Broken Hill.

“It’s a great vibe, with people travelling from all over the country to attend the desert concert every year. So, my band and I are very excited to return in 2025 and bring my new album (as well as plenty of old favourites) to the Mundi Mundi Bash.”

Hoodoo Gurus’ Dave Faulkner added, “We got our first taste of Mundi Mundi in 2023, and, honestly, our minds were blown. Everything about it was epic: the people, the scenery, the feeling - the whole thing was amazing. We can’t wait to get back there in 2025. Let’s do it!”

Of course, the Mundi Mundi Bash is a dog-friendly, three-day camping event where punters can bring their own alcohol and food. A wide range of food vendors also sell hot and cold food and non-alcoholic beverages on-site.

In addition to live music, the Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash is also known for its unique outback entertainment, including world record attempts for the Nutbush dance, Mad Max dress-up, the Mundi Undi fun run, and more—a guaranteed good time.
