Perth Comedy Festival Unveils First Act For 2017 Event

The line-up for the 2017 Perth Comedy Festival has begun to roll out, with South African-born, NZ-based comedian Urzila Carlson confirmed as the first guest on next year’s bill.

With Carlson’s new memoir, Rolling With The Punchlines, hitting shelves this month, she'll no doubt have plenty to talk about, with the book giving a detailed look into her childhood, relationships and career.

Carlson's emotional, hilarious and candid stage show, Unacceptable, will hit Heath Ledger Theatre during the festival from May 20 – 21.
