Steve Vai To Play Aussie Theatres This July

Guitarists are a dime a dozen, but there's no one quite like Steve Vai. This virtuosic player has sold over 15 million albums in the three decades that he has been playing music

He was last here with his G3 buddies, but this time he'll be taking full control of the stage for the entire two-hour-plus show, guiding his band of Dave Weiner on guitar, Jeremy Colson on drums, Philip Bynoe on bass and Michael Arrom on keyboards through some of his stunning and complex compositions.

The tour comes just shy of a year after Vai dropped his 16th solo record The Story Of Light, another hard driving slice of progressive rock that is the second part of his Real Illusions trilogy.
