Veteran rock favourites The Doobie Brothers have added a few more shows to their upcoming run of festival appearances in Australia.

The iconic Californian outfit will perform headline shows in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney on top of their already confirmed West Coast Blues & Roots Festival, Bluesfest and Deni Blues & Roots Festival next April.

Tickets for these headline performances are available from Thursday 28 November at 9am and you can find all the details in theGuide.

The Doobie Brothers reached fan and critical acclaim during the '70s with their fusion of pop, rock and soul. They had a number of chart hits including Takin' It To The Streets, What A Fool Believes and Long Train Runnin'. With a career spanning over four decades, millions of records sold and plenty of awards one, there is no denying their place in rock history.
