The Waifs Announce 2025 Regional Australian Tour

Beloved Aussie avant-garde folk heroes The Waifs are hitting the road again this March and April, adding new dates alongside their appearances at the travelling SummerSalt music festival.

Touring through towns such as Wagga Wagga, Albury, Queanbeyan, Upwey, Castlemaine, Swan Hill, Wyong, and Coffs Harbour, fans will get to watch The Waifs take over Victoria and New South Wales. For SummerSalt festival, they’ll also visit South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia, and Queensland. You can check out all the tour dates below.

Pre-sale tickets will be available at 10 am AEDT on Tuesday, 21 January, before the general sale opens at 10 am AEDT on Wednesday, 22 January. You can find tickets on The Waifs’ website.

The Waifs’ upcoming tour follows the success of 2023’s national, sold-out 50-date Up All Night Tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the classic album. Still independent and touring hard, the band has gone multiplatinum, won numerous ARIA Awards, and known for their shows across the globe.

To date, The Waifs have released eight albums: 1996’s self-titled album, 1998’s Shelter Me, 2000’s Sink Or Swim, 2003’s Up All Night, 2007’s Sun Dirt Water, 2011’s Temptation, 2015’s Beautiful You, and 2017’s Ironbark. They’ve also unveiled two live albums: 2004’s A Brief History and 2009’s Live From The Union Of The Soul.
