Give us a short description of your music: It is a blend of energetic rock, punk and grunge while having a melancholy tone to it as well.

Which acts are on your must-see list at BIGSOUND? Definitely Between You & Me as I haven't been able to see them yet, Pinkish Blu are fantastic and The Beautiful Monument are a lot of fun to see live.

In your career to date, what have been the key watershed moments? Playing our first show with friends in Endless Heights, getting a lot of love from triple j Unearthed and then having Moving On reach heavy rotation on triple j was huge, touring with Trophy Eyes and then releasing Hidden Desire! Its been a great ride so far.

If you could give your younger self, starting out as a musician, a few words of wisdom, what would they be? Keep practising, keep being inspired by people who are out there working hard to make it their life. Things only get better the more work you put in, the longer you persevere and the more you learn from it all.

Why should people come and see you among the many amazing bands at BIGSOUND? We play a really energetic live set and have a lot of fun doing it, it would be great to play to a lot of faces we've never seen before as it'll be our first time up in Brisbane. Come down and party with us!

What industry lessons would you like to take away from the BIGSOUND conference? There is a workshop on the Wednesday morning called Managing Mental Health that I would love to get along to. It's an issue that I have seen far too much of in my life and I would love to take away some professional knowledge specific to the music industry.

What do you identify as the most pressing issue impacting the Australian music industry at present? For us, mental health is a huge issue and one that we see as being a pressing issue in the music scene. The pressures of being in a band and being creative can impact a lot on someone who is struggling. We hope to create awareness and support through our music.

What music trends do you think are dominating right now, and do you have any predictions for the coming year? I think the big stadium rock trend is pretty big right now. Huge choruses that people want to sing along to, really catchy hooks. Stuff that goes down well in a big live setting.

When and where is your BIGSOUND showcase? We are playing on Tuesday 4th 8pm at Crowbar. Then on Thursday 6th 8:50pm also at Crowbar.
