Huge news out of the Destroy All Lines camp today, as the touring promoters have announced that promoter Scott Mesiti has joined the fold.
Mesiti has worked on tours such as Ice Cube and Cypress Hill, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Hans Zimmer, Knotfest, and many more, thanks to his experience as the co-founder and owner of MJR Presents (acquired by TEG in 2019) before becoming the Head of Touring at the company. He’s also had experience as the co-promoter for Valleyways Festival and Knotfest.
As a press release notes, Mesiti co-founded his own touring company and brings a “wealth of knowledge” to the Destroy All Lines team, with over 20 years of experience promoting festivals and concerts. He’s set to provide “additional senior leadership” in the booming company.
Mesiti said of the announcement of his joining Destroy All Lines, “I’m really looking forward to this next chapter. Destroy All Lines have been kicking major goals these past few years and have an incredible reputation globally. Having previously worked together on several projects, I’m a big fan of their approach, delivery, [and] culture, and I’m excited to contribute.”
Destroy All Lines’ Head of Touring, Chris O’Brien, added: “We are thrilled that Scott has joined Destroy All Lines in our Promoter team. Scott has promoted artists such as Hans Zimmer, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Cypress Hill, 50 Cent, Six 60, The Jacksons, Sia, Steel Panther, Evanescence, James [Blunt], Salt & Pepa, Sean Paul, Shaggy, UB40, amongst others and we can’t wait to see what he brings to the company in the future.”
Destroy All Lines was recently named the fourth largest concert promoter in Australia as well as the country’s largest independent promoter after selling more than 700,000 tickets in 12 months in a new report published by Pollstar.

Today’s announcement follows the news that Destroy All Lines launched a country music division in September.
While Destroy All Lines is best known for booking tours of metal and alternative acts such as Bring Me The Horizon, The Offspring, Simple Plan, Parkway Drive, and many more, the company has stretched into promoting tours by a broader range of artists, locking in tours including James Blunt, Belle & Sebastian, They Might Be Giants, Soft Cell, D12, and more. Why not add country, led by an expert, to the list?
Destroy All Lines’ country music division will be spearheaded by former CMC and Foxtel executive, Danny Keenan.
Born in 2003, Destroy All Lines has promoted hundreds of tours and, in 2018, launched Good Things Festival, which is currently Australia’s largest travelling alternative and rock music festival.
Promoting another massive event in 2023, the company oversaw the launch of the inaugural Knotfest Australia and announced the opening of its comedy division.
