Find out how to access your music-listening stats ahead of Spotify Wrapped's 2024 launch.

Music fans’ Christmas is coming soon, with Spotify’s annual feature, Wrapped, set to go live in the next few weeks. But what if you could access your stats early?
You can check out data that will feature on your Spotify Wrapped ahead of the official drop by utilising third-party sites that track Spotify data and round up your listens for you.
One of the third-party sites is Stats for Spotify, which shows you lists of your favourite songs, artists, and genres. It allows you to take a look through time and provides similar data to Spotify Wrapped. As part of the appeal of Wrapped is the visuals, though, not all music fans will want to use that option.
Other services, such as Volt.fm, Stats.fm, or the old-school Last.fm, allow listeners to browse their music taste and showcase trends. On Last.fm, users can also connect with friends and participate in a “leaderboard” of music listeners.
If you’re not keen on third-party sites, you’ll just have to wait for Wrapped season to officially kick off.
As Digital Music News notes, Spotify doesn’t announce an exact release date for when you can access your yearly roundup. However, the publication notes that Spotify Wrapped typically launches mid-week towards the end of November.

Next week marks the final days of November, so we think this year’s Spotify Wrapped will either land next Wednesday (27 November) or the Wednesday after (4 December).
Spotify Wrapped quickly became a viral marketing campaign after the streaming giant launched the fun, interactive, social media sharing-ready Wrapped in 2016.
As soon as Spotify Wrapped goes live, you know what that means: you and your friends checking your accounts, scrolling through every page Wrapped has to offer, and then sharing the most impressive statistics on Instagram and group chats on WhatsApp.
Last year, The Music reported that based on Spotify Wrapped stats, the most-streamed artists in Australia were Taylor Swift, Drake, The Weeknd, Ed Sheeran, and country music sensation Morgan Wallen.

In terms of local artists, The Wiggles were named the most-streamed local artist by Australian listeners in 2023.
They were joined by The Kid LAROI, Vance Joy, Flume and AC/DC. The most-streamed local songs in Australia in 2023 were Vance Joy’s 2013 hit single Riptide, The Kid LAROI’s STAY featuring Justin Bieber, How Do I Say Goodbye by Dean Lewis, The Kid LAROI’s Love Again, and triple j Hottest 100 winning track, Say Nothing by Flume and MAY-A.
