XG Announce 2025 Australian Tour Dates

Superstar pop group XG are returning to Australia in February 2025 as part of their first-ever world tour, the XG 1st WORLD TOUR The first HOWL.

XG (short for Xtraordinary Girls) made their Australian debut in 2023, delivering an unforgettable concert experience at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion as part of the inaugural SXSW Sydney.

The seven-member band—Jurin, Chisa, Hinata, Harvey, Juria, Maya, and Cocona—hails from Japan and is based in South Korea. The hip-hop and R&B-inspired group impressed the SXSW Sydney audience last year with their hit tracks, including Left, Right, TGIF, and GRL GVNG. The band has taken the world by storm since their debut in March 2022, captivating audiences across the globe.

For this Australian run, XG will host two highly anticipated headline shows in Melbourne and Sydney. They’ll perform at the ICC Sydney Theatre on Friday, 14 February, and Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena on Sunday, 16 February.

Fans part of the XG Alphaz website will be able to access pre-sale tickets from Monday, 25 November, at 11 am local time. Next, Frontier Members can access pre-sale tickets on Tuesday, 26 November, from 12 pm local time before the general sale opens on Wednesday, 27 November, at 2 pm local time. Ahead of their debut at SXSW Sydney, XG’s Harvey said of the band’s debut Australian show: “The memories of meeting our ALPHAZ in person and the scenery we've seen with our fellow members are all unforgettable.
